Rick and Family, Bill will be missed at the SCAT Van, he was a wonderful man. He was so proud of you and your family, after every visit he would come in and tell me all about. He shared pictures of your beautiful children. He was part of our family, whenever we had a chicken bbq or Thanksgiving Dinner I would drop one off to his house. A very kind man, always helping us whenever we asked. I am so sorry for you loss, Sue Van Epps Executive Director SCAT Van

Rick, I’ m sorry for your loss. I will miss seeing Bill walk by the house. If I was driving and saw him walking, I would give him a ride. Once as I pulled out of the driveway, Bill was right there. I told that was perfect timing and he got in the car. Dooley will miss him, too. Bill took the time to bend over and say hi to Dooley. Pat Gleason
