Chris and I want to send our heartfelt condolences to you all.
Memories of the early years on Taber Dr with the 4th of July parties, later with the Super Bowls.....wander through our minds like it was yesterday and Walter was always there to make us welcome.
Later, my inclusion in the Friday morning coffee hour led me to my time on the Board of The Home. I then began to know how much time Walter spent helping others. Through the other foundations and the YMCA, he was an important cog in the machine of life in our community. His abilities will make it dificult to find someone to replace him.
As an unknown philosopher once opined " I just hope that he thought of me as highly as I thought of him ".
